A few more examples of plywood flatpack cases.
You can see from the examples below how easy these are to put together and the amount of goods that can be packed inside. Boxes can be made from 5.5mm, 6mm, 9mm plywood they are constructed with steel edging riveted together allowing the box to be folded flat.
The lid is made with plywood and 2" x 1" batterns around the inside with a slight lip allowing the lid to fit snug on top of the box. The pallet is made of 3 x 4" x 2" bearers with 6" x ¾ " boards nailed across the bearers.
Flatpack plywood cases can be stacked one on top of the other
for even more space saving.
